Nicht immer findet man es gut, was sein Gegenüber den Rest seines sterblichen Lebens auf der Haut haben will.
In solchen Moment fokussiert man sich eher auf die Arbeit, die man da verrichtet. Es ist fast so, als sei es egal, dass an dem Körperteil ein Mensch dran hängt.
Die Konzentration liegt voll und ganz bei der Sache, auf der Aufgabe. Man versucht seine Arbeit so gut wie nur irgend möglich umzusetzen. Weil man es auf diese Weise auch für sich macht. Man will etwas von Bedeutung erschaffen. Viel zu viele Menschen tun jeden Tag Dinge ohne Verstand und ohne Grund und vor allem ohne Freude.
Da ist es manchmal die Hauptsache, seine Sache einfach gut zu machen.
Wie eine Biene, die den Auftrag hat Pollen zu sammeln. Tut sie es nicht so gründlich, wie die anderen Arbeiterinnen, stirbt das Volk.
Es ist die Wertschätzung des Kleinen, des Wesentlichen. Vielleicht steht man nicht dahinter, was der Mensch da gerade macht, aber es ist nunmal das täglich Brot und man kann dankbar sein, wenn es sich mit etwas verdienen lässt, was einen im Kern erfüllt.
Das nennt sich reich sein.
Description
Not always does one approve of what the other person wants to have on their skin for the rest of their mortal life. In such moments, one focuses more on the work being done.
It’s almost as if it doesn’t matter that there’s a person attached to that body part.
The focus is entirely on the task at hand.
One tries to execute their work as well as possible.
Because they do it for themselves in this way too. They want to create something meaningful.
Far too many people do things every day without understanding, without reason, and especially without joy.
Sometimes the main thing is simply to do one’s job well. Like a bee with the task of collecting pollen. If she doesn’t do it as thoroughly as the other worker bees, the colony dies.
It’s the appreciation of the small, the essential.
Perhaps one doesn’t stand behind what the person is doing at the moment, but it’s simply the daily bread, and one can be grateful if it can be earned with something that fulfills one at the core. That’s called being rich.
